Cancellation Policy

Intake Form & Appointment Policy If this appointment requires an Intake Form, this will be sent to you and must be completed and submitted at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This ensures your session can be planned and tailored to your individual needs. Please note that this appointment is non-refundable. Once your session has been attended, no refunds will be issued. To reschedule or cancel your appointment, it is imperative that you commence this procedure a minimum of 24 hours beforehand, unless a different agreement has been reached with your hypnotherapist. Failure to adhere to this requirement and cancel within the 24-hour timeframe of your scheduled session without arranging an alternative time will result in a charge equivalent to $50 of the session fee. In the event that you arrive later than 10 minutes for your appointment, it will not be feasible to proceed with the session out of consideration for subsequent appointments and to maintain the smooth progression and coherence of the content covered during the session. Please note lateness will result in cancellation of your appointment and your full session fee will be deducted.
