Not sure where to start - or if Hypnotherapy is the right fit? That’s exactly what the free 30-minute consult is for. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where you can share a bit about what you’re looking for, ask any questions you may have, and get a feel for how Amelia works. It’s also a chance to explore whether her style, approach, and energy align with what you need right now. Sometimes the first step is simply having a space to be heard - and from there, we can talk about what next steps might feel right for you.
Cancellation Policy
Your free consultation is a valuable opportunity to explore how Hypnotherapy can support you. Out of respect for both your time and ours, please review the following policy: Deposit : To ensure commitment and respect for both our time, I offer a complimentary initial consult with a fully refundable $50 deposit. Here’s how it works: The consult itself is completely free of charge - it’s a space to meet, discuss your goals, and see if we’re the right fit. A $50 deposit is taken at the time of your online booking to secure your spot. If you decide to move forward with sessions, the $50 is credited toward your first appointment, to be used within 4 weeks of your Consult date. If you choose not to proceed, the full deposit is refunded - no questions asked. Please note: The $50 deposit will be forfeited if you do not show up for the consult or cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice. This policy helps protect time and energy for everyone involved, while still offering flexibility and fairness. • One complimentary consultation per person. • If you need to reschedule, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. • You may reschedule once. Additional reschedule requests may not be accommodated. • We kindly ask that you avoid last-minute cancellations or no-shows due to other appointments or schedule changes, as this time could have been offered to another client in need of support. Your time is valuable - and so is ours. Thank you for understanding and honouring the space we hold for you.
