Stress and Anxiety
Stress is the body's response to physical, mental or emotional pressure. Stress causes chemical changes in the body that may lead to feelings of frustration, anxiety, anger, or depression.
Anxiety is a hyper-response which puts the body on ‘emergency alert’, a defence mechanism to escape perceived danger- but there is no danger present.
